Our priority is to let you experience a real canyoning descent and make you feel like protagonists. That’s why abseils are always performed independently, to let you experience the thrill of a true canyoning progression, always safely!

This route requires medium physical effort, given the travel times and the nature of the activity. It is ideal for canyoning beginners; for those who have already tried canyoning but want to try a more technical canyon and for those who have never tried rope descents independently. It is also perfect for those who are instead a their first experience in this sport, with good physical condition, enthusiasm and desire to try something new.

Safety is our priority. Before starting, the guide will hold a detailed briefing to explain:
- How to wear and use the provided technical equipment

You will be followed from start to finish by expert and specialized guides, who will make your experience safe and unforgettable.
Day schedule
- Welcome at our base in Champdepraz (AO), the only canyoning base in Aosta Valley
- Delivery of technical equipment and safety briefing with the guides
- Shuttle transfer to the starting point
- Start of the adventure along the Chalamy Torrent
- Return to the base, with the possibility to change and receive advice on the best local Restaurants and Trattorias

The Chalamy Torrent, located in the Mont Avic Natural Park, is one of the most fascinating destinations for canyoning in Aosta Valley. With its clear water pools, natural slides, and enchanting landscapes, it is perfect for those seeking fun and adventure in a unique natural setting.

– A second pair of sneakers or light trekking shoes(which will get wet)
– Towel
– Hair tie
– Headband for glasses(or spare contact lenses)

The accessories to take with you are for your safety and comfort: towels to dry after the activity, elastic to tie long hair to be comfortable, elastic for eyeglasses to not lose them during progression and dives, lenses in reserve contact if needed and indispensable medicines.

Any swimsuit will do fine, but we can recommend comfortable swimsuits to improve fit and comfort under the wetsuit. One piece for women and briefs for men.

Comfortable sneakers or light trekking shoes with some grip are recommended. Canvas shoes, open shoes and too heavy as winter boots are not suitable.
