1st Level: Beginner

The “Beginner level 1” is aimed at absolute beginners and people with a little experience with guided excursions, willing to start learning the basic techniques and canyon environment features, its aim is to reach a total personal indipendence in a moderate difficulty gorge.
Number of partecipants:
requirements
- good swimming skills, no physical or psycological contraindications concerning the specific activity.
Reccomandation: having covered at least a couple of gorges of any level of difficulty.
Duration

– learn basic progression techniques to approach in complete safely a medium/easy canyon;
– abseiling independently and safely;
– be aware of obstacles and environment and evaluate their risks;
– understand and perform safe maneuvers and deliveries.

2° livello: Intermediate

The course is aimed at people who are able to perform progressions in the canyon indipendently and its goal is to join and actively be involved in same level group during the descent of a moderate difficulty gorge.
Throughout the training, progression and safety techniques will be learnt to be shared in a group with equal knowledge.

Requirements
-being independent on rope progression, both horizontal and vertical, good swimming skills in white water, having no physical or psycological contraindications concerning the specific activity.
Recommended: it's advised to have already covered at least 10 gorges of minimal level V2A2II
Duration
– set up your personal equipment and contribute to the preparation of the group’s equipment;
– learn basic progression techniques to approach a medium difficulty gorge togheter with the group;
– abseil in complete autonomy and safety;
– develop the perception of responsibility within a group;
– be aware of obstacles and environment and assess their risks, build the habits of foreseeing certain conditions;

3° livello: Advanced

The “Advanced 3rd level” course will allow you to become a high level canyoner
It is aimed at people with a good canyoning experience and will provide you with the proper skills to take on the role of leader of the group of canyoners of all level, even beginners.

- being independent on rope progression, both horizontal and vertical, good swimming skills in WW III white water, having no physical or psycological contraindications concerning the specific activity.
Recommended : it's advised to have already covered at least 10 gorges of minimal level V3A3III.
Duration
– organize expeditions autonomously;
– set up your personal and group equipment;
– learn progression techniques to approach a high difficulty gorge together with the group;
– learn progression techniques to approach a medium/easy level canyon managing the group that might include beginners;
– perform maneuvers with rope in complete autonomy and safety;
– develop perception of responsibility towards a group;
– be aware of obstacles and the environment and assess their risks, build the habits of foreseeing certain conditions;
– let the group understand and perform anchor point maneuvres and assign the task of safe deliveries;
– optimize the activity accordingly to physical and fitness abilities of each group member;
– ensure all maneuvers performance are carried out smoothly and dinamically, maintaining all safety standards high;

The training is aimed at obtaining necessary skills in order to handle an emergency that occurred to one’s self, to one’s group or to others ahead or following the group within the canyon.
